I am a junior pursuing a B.S. in Human Biology as well as a specialization in Health Promotion. Being a new member in Dr. Burt's lab, I am really looking forward to working with the team and the experience I will gain as a Research Assistant! I have previously learned about twin studies from many of my undergraduate courses. I have always been very interested in the importance of these studies for both genetic and psychological research.

    Outside of the lab, I am the Vice President and Co-Founder of the Michigan State BMX Club. Additionally, I am the Vice President of Fundraising for Students Allied for Clean Water and Adequate Sanitation (SACWAS), a non-profit organization started this year at MSU. I grew up in Northern California and miss my family and the beautiful weather. However, I enjoy being here in Michigan and am even planning on continuing my education here after completing my undergraduate degree.
