I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a MA in Neuropsychology. In Colombia I worked as a Clinical Neuropsychologist and as a Professor of Psychology at the undergraduate level. Currently, I am in my second year in the Rehabilitation Counseling MA program at Michigan State University and work full-time as a Project Coordinator for the Twin Study of Behavioral and Emotional Development under the direction of Dr. Alex Burt.

    I miss my country and my family but being here has allowed me to learn how to speak a new language, how to handle cultural differences and how to face winter weather. I really love Michigan. In my free time, I do things with my daughter, clean my house, read and share a delicious cup of Colombian coffee with a good friend!
