Mikhila Humbad, M.A. I received my Bachelors Of Science in Psychology in 2006
from Michigan State University, and I am currently in my fourth year
in the Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program at Michigan
State University working in Dr. Alexandra Burt's lab.
In addition to working with Dr. Burt, I am also working with Dr. Brent Donnellan, a professor in social/personality psychology. My research interests broadly involve mate selection, and more specifically, the idea of assortative mating (i.e., selecting a partner that is more similar to you than a random person). I am also interested in factors such as personality traits and psychopathology that contribute to marital distress. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, dancing (especially Indian dancing), photography, reading, and traveling. E-mail: humbadmi@msu.edu
