I am a senior at MSU with a double major in Psychology and Dietetics with a specialization in health promotion. I am a member of the Food and Nutrition Association, the American Dietetic Association, the Psi Chi Honor society at MSU, and Kappa Omicron Nu National Honor Society for Human Sciences. I am also involved in various volunteer activities in relation the health promotion, including diabetes counseling at Sparrow Hospital, and mea planning for Headstart in Lansing, and helping/running local area 5ks whenever I have the free time.

   I hope to one day have a Ph.D. in psychology and to open my own practice working in the clinical setting. My desired emphasis would be placed on adolescent development, with a focus on mental and nutritional health.

   I enjoy being outside (when it’s nice out) and being active. My favorite activities are running, tennis and skiing with my family.
